I will share how we use Business Objects(BO) reports to streamline Housing processes . In BO we have different universes where I could sourcedata from any system that exist in the ETL, since PeopleSoft is our master data, I often need to source some data there for business decision. BO makes it easier to combine Psoft and RMS data and slice and dice information as you wish.
