The presentation will describe SU's context and journey since 2013 to renew its SIS and financial systems, the changes in the market that precipitated a revised strategy, the procurement process including dialogue RFIs/RFPs, negotiating SaaS contracts, lessons learnt along the way, and the profound implications of SaaS for an HE IT division. At present we are at the beginning of the implementation projects.
