Five Net Billing pilot institutions (McMaster, Western, Waterloo, Sir Sandford Fleming College & Queen's) present their solutions for showing students their "Net Tuition" as directed by the Ontario Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development. Using combinations of delivered and customized features, these universities are now displaying the required 4 elements of Net Billing:1. OSAP aid to be applied (per term/installment): the amount of OSAP aid (loans and grants) to be remitted for a student.2. OSAP aid applied to account (per term/installment): the amount of aid that was applied to a student's account (this will be displayed after the payment has been received from the National Student Loan Service Centre).3. Balance owing to institution net of OSAP aid (per term/installment): the amount that a student owes to their institution (inclusive of all costs, e.g., tuition, fees, etc.) after "OSAP aid to be applied" (and any other sources of aid a student has) is taken into account.4. Net tuition (academic year): a student's tuition (not including compulsory or other fees) less their non-repayable aid
