The presentation will cover how we have achieved our implementation of PeopleSoft CRM and how we plan to build on this using delivered functionality. It will include details of enhancements we have made to delivered processes (improving prospect load) as well as detailing new development (online enquiry form). We'll also focus on our approach to managing our communication strategy (and improving elements of reporting) via CRM to support our recruitment and marketing activity. We will look at the challenges faced and the benefits realised in improving the student journey and user experience.
