This project has delivered an easy to use self-service application for students. It went from applicants submitting a hard-copy application form, manual data entry and manual workflow to online application entry and creating a streamlined approach to administering, evaluating and notifying applicants of the credit application outcome.Griffith has utilized dashboards for administrative staff supporting this business process and work flow for academics that are required in the approval processes. A wide range of automated emails have been set up which are sent from CRM for different stages of this business process. In this presentation we will step you through and demonstrate the functionality within this business process and the benefits seen for student and academic staff.
