When Campus Solutions was initially brought to Admissions more than 10 years ago, it was heavily customized to support the admissions process then. Recently, Admissions has seen the number of applications to increasing at a rate of 10-15% per year. With the changes in admission processes and demand on the team to get more decisions out faster and improve applicant experience, the team needed to utilize the system to help us achieve these goals. The team successfully implemented changes which resulted in 40% increase in offers made over the same time last year. While making these changes, the team also realized that we needed to take a step further to remove many of the customizations that over the years, are now delivered to enhance student experience, alleviate manual touch points required by the team and allow the business to configure as changes are required.
