The roadmap was developed initially in 2015, however revised twice to cater for the external (legislative) and internal strategic challenges. The purpose of this roadmap is to maintain a strategic oversight on PeopleSoft application enhancements and upgrade needs, while tactically addressing BAU resource challenges. This presentation will articulate FedUni learnings over the years and how we have been able to deliver outcomes in a cost effective way.
