In order to help user department to create electronic forms (eForm) for event registration or data collection easily, a eForm service is introduced on SharePoint platform. It is a web based form builder which is very easy for a designer to design a form, while end users (students) can easily submit the data through web browsers. This system has built a site with customized template, and adoption of Nintex Form and Nintex Workflow in the SharePoint platform.
