The Conversational Experience - why does it matter?

Universities want to deliver a modern customer experience at a lower cost to serve as well as attract a wider range of students. As mobile activity is progressively using less and less apps, conversational interfaces
(or chat bots and Virtual Assistants) will increasingly be used by universities to provide an accurate service with less effort on their part. Conversational interfaces can also be powered by the unique business friendly
capabilities of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) and can attract new students and increase student satisfaction at a reduced cost to serve.
