In the event that a student's account is in credit, then (under certain circumstances) the Univ of Pretoria permits the student to apply online for reimbursement (payout) of some or all of the credit balance. This session will discuss the process, the controls; how the payout is effected and the business benefits of this (PeopleCode) functionality.
