Oracle has delivered the Affiliation to Institution Framework (AIF) to synchronize your students with other systems, like Oracle Identity Manager. With AIF you build your own kind of affiliations (or relations) a person can have with your institution: a prospect, an applicant, a bachelor student, a master student; whatever you like or need. Every relevant change in a student’s situation triggers the framework and makes the Integration Broker send a message with this change to an external system. We use this framework to connect Campus Solution with Oracle Identity Manager and will explain how we did that.
