In this session, MacEwan University’s Project Management Office team will present:

The project governance model used at MacEwan University and how PeopleSoft is utilized;

The workflow processes used to manage capital improvements, facilities maintenance, information technology, research and administrative projects using Program Management, Grants and Project Costing. Include budgeting and forecasting in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS); and

Budget versioning and standard activities used to streamline reporting and increase the usefulness of projects’ budgets, actuals and forecasts; and the batch processes, modules’ integrations and data verification protocols used to increase the accuracy of projects’ budgets, actuals and commitments data.
