A detailed case study of an ambitious and diverse implementation of MS Dynamics 365
across the University of New South Wales, tightly integrated with the UNSW Peoplesoft implementations, including student information from campus solutions and financial transaction integration. All Faculties and divisions are included in the scope, providing services to multiple constituent cohorts and university stakeholders. The project delivered the first live solution in October 2016 and has delivered extensions and further implementations every 3 weeks since, using an agile implementation approach. The success of the project has generated multiple change requests to continue to extend the scope to new constituent and stakeholders.
