The presentation will include details of the implications of going live with CRM prior to Campus Solutions . Also, we will show how the human element played a key role in our development methodology, including the processes and mechanisms for scoping the Project as well as the efforts in harmonising development with the Business to minimise the level of complex customisation. We will also intend to talk about our journey so far with structured emails to manage enquiries and overcoming bug challenges encountered on the way.
