HKU has launched the u.achieve Degree Audit System in 2015. This software provides batch report function for generating audit reports for specific group of students (e.g. by curriculum or by major). HKU has created a summary report system on top of the delivered batch audit report so that users can easily generate summary Excel files and identify students with unfulfilled requirements. This system can record summary of all audit reports generated by students, as well as summary of what-if reports. Using such information, HKU can monitor the participation level of students in using Degree Audit System and potentially identify students at risk. The summary of what-if reports can help HKU to find out the favorite majors and minors as well as favorable combination of majors and minors.
