In Fall 2016, OUAC (Ontario Universities' Application Centre) went live with a new application management system.

This interactive panel session is intended to facilitate conversation regarding the resulting business process and system changes for Ontario schools. The intent is to build a panel consisting of OUAC and institution members that are in various stages of adopting the resulting XML changes.

Potential topics include:

* OUAC's background with Campus Solutions, XML, and future considerations
* Functional requirements and technical solution design including how to use delivered functionality (CTM/PDL, Search/Match, etc.), error handling, loading and parsing XML, maintainability, etc.
* Testing considerations (such as downstream system impacts)
* Project lessons learned
