We will talk you through how the Event Management module has delivered key benefits that include the ability for users to create their own forms, manage their own booking process, create reports relevant to the Event, and produce more effective, and diverse communications to both attendees, and non-attendees of Open Days based on information obtained.We will also cover the difficulties we encountered, subsequent lessons learned and how we intend to further exploit this piece of functionality in the future.
