In 2014 Oracle recently unveiled its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business intelligence offering called Business Intelligence Cloud Service, or BICS. Rather than running on OnPremise BI solution (e.g. OBIEE / OBIA) this is BI in the cloud.
