I would like to present on the challenges of implementing a reporting framework in an environment that consists of multiple systems and tools.

Whilst PeopleSoft is used in Accounts Payable for invoicing, Fraedom is used for travel and expenses. No interface exists between the 2, and neither systems interface with HR. With these challenges and minimal resources, we are working with the teams to develop metrics and KPIs as part of a Reporting Framework.
