This presentation will provide an overview of the Registration Self-Service project undertaken by MacEwan University which provided, for the first time, the waitlist functionality to undergraduate students. System modifications had to be removed and the entire university community needed to understand the new system changes. Scheduling configuration and enrollment process had to be aligned, 3C communications were put in place, queries had to be created and updated and new processes for the discontinuation of student records are only the start of what was accomplished! We will discuss what worked, what didn’t and the lessons learned in a project that used two Functional Analysts to coordinate. It became one of our smoothest project transitions in recent history.
