En los últimos años la Universidad en busca de satisfacer a su cliente interno le ha sacado provecho a las diferentes funcionalidades que se tienen en la plataforma, entre las que se encuentran: compras varias, pivot tables; además ha hecho personalizaciones que permiten mejorar la plataforma, algunas de ellas son: Semáforo, Evaluación docente, Informes gerenciales, mejoras en seguridad, Plan de Trabajo docente. También se tienen integraciones con los diferentes sistemas de información institucional
