The session will cover the different aspects of the Online Reference Letter process in which the following questions will be answered: 1. Applicant: How does an applicant send a request? How do they know if their request was sent or received? How do they know if a letter of recommendation was submitted on their behalf? 2. Third-Party: How does a third-party know they have a request from an applicant? How do they know if their letter will be secure? Does the applicant see the reference letter once the third-party uploads it?3. Hiring Rep/Dept Rep: How do hiring departments or committees review the letters submitted on their potential candidates? Can a hiring representative print out the letters for each candidate? How about the entire candidate pool? 4. Recruiters: How do recruiters use the functionality? What happens if the third-party has issues and can’t upload a letter? Do recruiters have the ability to delete or replace letters that were uploaded by accident?
