In this session, the Boise State's Chief Financial Officer will describe how the University transformed the IT organization to leverage new technology approaches in a financially sustainable manner. As an executive leader for the University, Ms. Pearson had to ensure that that this transformation aligned with and supported the University's strategic plan and goals. During this period, Boise State was also completing a rigorous "program prioritization" project mandated by the University's governing board and undergoing their regional accreditation review. This discussion will focus on the process that the University went through to develop this strategic alignment and gain campus and leadership acceptance.
