This session will discuss the configuration of this functionality; demonstrate how Advising Notes can be captured and managed, and discuss how the Advising Notes "Administration" functionality allows administrative super users unrestricted access to all advising notes in the system. Besides creating and updating notes, an administrator can edit note text, reassign notes and reopen closed notes.
