Becoming a digital campus Deploying services via mobile applications or providing on-line courses does not necessarily make a digital campus. In this discussion, we will explore three key aspects of being a digital institution: * Infrastructure - institutions require a stable infrastructure and data foundation as well as adopting an ‘as-a-service’ attitude with all the advantages of cloud. * Integrations – utilize API-led connectivity to integrate ‘best-of-breed’ applications, processes and connections with users.* User experience – digital requires an obsessive focus on ‘customers’: students (throughout their entire life-cycle), academics and employees. Institutions should analyse data from user interactions to fine-tune the experience.
