More and more organizations are opting to transition from on-premise technical solutions to cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. Cloud computing capabilities make work easier, quicker and more straightforward. However, moving to the cloud changes the way an organization does business - the skills needed to operate, the processes needed to support. Additionally, every new capability an organization introduces to the workforce requires a deliberate and structured approach to realize the full benefits of cloud-based solutions. This session will explore Shawnee State University's organizational journey moving to the cloud.
