Whilst many institutions will already have deployed an ERP (e.g. PeopleSoft HCM or EBS HR) and may not be in a hurry to move from OnPremise solutions to Cloud-based solutions, it is useful to keep an eye on Oracle's evolving strategy for cloud based deployments for servicing the Human Capital Management requirements of businesses.
