When the University moved from 3-Year curriculum to 4-Year curriculum, we developed a new framework for considering credit transfer for new students in 4-Year curriculum. How to design a business process from getting the official education qualification evidence, verify them and promptly granting appropriate transfer credits to students become a challenge to the University registration offices. This session will share the challenges and the existing process.
