A general outline: The (far) Past - IT-centric manual batch operations with Computer Operators. The (recent) Past - Who owns this? Discussions on the appropriate access to batch processes, confusion around who should be doing what, and getting all those things sorted out. The Present - The tools we're using and how we've structured things. Successes and challenges, and changes on the horizon I will likely have a co-presenter from our SIS team to describe the benefits of the new system, challenges to adopting ownership, learning etc.
