Being able to efficiently and accurately capture transcript courses and grades is an integral part of the admissions process. Historically, manual data entry of paper-based transcripts has been seen as a necessary, but time consuming, activity. Using intelligent image capture software, profiles are created to extract key student, course, and grade information. Partnering this capability with Campus Solutions functionality to import and stage transcript data, we are able to cut out manual activities and speed up the decision making process.
