In this presentation we will discuss our first hand experiences in building a couple Chatbot scripts leveraging the Oracle Mobile Chat Enterprise Cloud and PeopeSoft HCM. We will cover how we created the Chatbot scripts for a human to provide Emergency Contact details and Request Absence event and the how the Chatbot update the PeopleSoft screens and close the service request.
