Inconsistency of data is a continual problem for timetabling and enrolment. UoN will present a case study on how we have undertaken a Change Management process to ensure a single source of data is integrating data flow from our Program and Course Management System to our timetable and then our student system to reduce manual intervention for staff and ensure an optimal student experience.
