UNSW has developed an approach to annual enrolment, splitting the process into two staged enrolment events: Course Enrolment and Class Registration, utilising the existing Class structures and Campus Solutions enrolment engine. We will demonstrate how we've achieved this with minimal impact to business process, and system customisation whilst achieving increased flexibility in enrolment load management and awareness of course demand to support better scheduling processes
