This year the University of South Australia has launched a new business unit, UniSA Online, delivering 11 new 100% online undergraduate programs from 2018. Admission into these new programs will be via direct entry, assessed by the new Units own staff.
As part of launching this new initiative, the university has purchased the Oracle CX suite of programs and after weighing up the options, it was decided to build the new admission process into Service Cloud.
This presentation will look at how this was accomplished including integration with Marketing Cloud and Peoplesoft Campus Solutions. It will also cover our pain points and solutions, what we’ve learned since launching in August 2017 and where we plan to take the system next.
