In 2011 the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences implemented Campus Solutions across 7 faculties and 312 different programmes. Campus solutions was intended to be the sole system in which our students and employees enroll, register for courses, register results, check student progress, graduate students and Issue diplomas, and so on. The aim in 2011 was to work as one institution.

13 years on we do not work as one institution. Instead we are still struggling for standardisation within work processes and subsequently Campus Solutions. In this presentation we will cover where AUAS was successful in its implementation but also where and why we failed, which pitfalls we walked into head-first and what we would definitely do different now. In the round table we ask you to share your experiences and tips and tricks to avoid those pitfalls.
