Titleholder renewal tasks are automatically generated and workflowed to the appropriate contacts 3 months from expiry. Worklist tasks can then be actioned by renewing or lapsing, if renewed approval workflows are kicked of ending with full integration into PeopleSoft HCM.New Titleholder applications can be initiated from within the University by a School Contact with appropriate levels of access. A new Titleholder Application can also be initiated by anyone from outside of the University after appropriate authentication if data existing in our systems about this person, the new titleholder application is prepopulate with as much information as possible, which can then be edited prior to submitting. After the required approvals the new titleholder details are fully integrated into PeopleSoft.Notification and reminders all form part of the solution.
