User-centric design can often be overlooked when implementing new functionality, particularly when budget and time are a major constraint. It’s all too easy to make assumptions based on what you think you know, which ultimately results in functionality that is not as easy to use as it could be.Knowing that the new Fluid interface is a significant enhancement aimed at helping to improve the user experience, the University of Cambridge took the opportunity to put user-centric design at the centre of its recent Fluid implementation - part of a wider programme aimed at improving the user experience. This session will take you through the techniques used and how the use of feedback will drive further change.
