The University of Amsterdam is the largest university in the Netherlands with over 58.000 applications every year, which result in over 35.000 enrolled students.

All these students need to be informed about their username, the application procedure and their proof of enrolment. Dutch students have a different application procedure compared to foreign students, bachelors differ from masters and not every faculty has the same requirements. All this information needs to be available in two languages. Not to mention the changes in the complimentary close throughout the year.
