John, do you have these broken up separately so I can save them as pdfs?  I ask because if this site gets dropped or Wordpress goes away, then the link I put into the Resource Center will be a dead link.

Dan,

I couldn't figure out how to do something within Wordpress to get this. So, I just copy all of the posts and pasted them into Word. I'm pleasantly surprised with how cleanly they seem to have copied. I'll share the PDF and Word doc in case you'd like to reformat the file before adding it to the library. Word separator lines always seem to flake out on me if I add more than a couple. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
