I think in order to do so, you would need to create a new table/view for those values to be selected. I could be wrong, but I was searching for this once upon a time as well.

Subject: Prompt with drop down?
Good morning,
I used to have a really awesome "Query tips and tricks" guide that I have since misplaced. I thought I remember there being a trick to create a prompt with a drop down box.
Here's what I'm trying to do-- I'm trying to rewrite a query that uses the HR_ACCTG_LINE table. I want to create a prompt that allows the employee to pull data for a specific payroll account. I can use a prompt set up with a prompt table with all the accounts, but the problem with that is it shows ALL the accounts coming over from FIN. I want them to only be able to pull payroll accounts.
Does anyone know of a way to do this? I could be making this up, and it's not possible at all.
Thank you!
