PS Query & SQL

Hi,

How do you cleanup private queries owned by a user that no longer works at the university?     We do not have many users that can create private queries.   I recall only being asked 2 - 3 times (in 25+ years) to make a users query from private to public who had recently left.

With Private queries , those are not accessible in Query Manager unless you log in as that person  and/or  IT could run a script to update the OPRID to a different user.

I ran a query checking the oprid in PSQRYDEFN  against a UA custom table that had some minimum employment data to see who does not have an active HR record.      For us, there appears 35 people for 3675 private queries ...  out of entire 18000+ queries not lastupdoprid = PPLSOFT or PS ;
