Workshops


A number of workshops will be offered on Monday, November 4 from 8:30 AM - 11:15 AM prior to the main conference. Registration for these requires an additional fee of $25 per workshop.  Workshop must be paid by October 25 to guarantee your seat.  All workshop payments must be paid no later than October 25, 2019 or registration is subject to cancellation. Each workshop has a minimum participation level; and if this is not met by October 25, 2019, then the workshop may be canceled and monies paid refunded. 

Fluid Student Activity Guides Workshop

We will explore the configuration and development of custom Fluid Student Activity Guides, using a Pre-Registration Survey as an example. Notes and screenshots showing the steps to develop the Activity Guide will be provided to attendees to follow along with the presenter.

Procure to Pay: From Paper-Based to Paperless

How the University of Utah accomplished going paperless: the journey of our P2P project, the Jaggaer implementation for Procurement, and why we chose to build ePR (ePayment Request) for expenses not related directly to Procurement and State Contracts.
