As we close out 2012, the TAG has put together some general guidance for HEUG institutions planning NOW for new mobile initiatives in 2013. This paper is intended to help address various questions that your institution may have while preparing to provide mobile services; it is presented in a more formal way than the many recent communications and education opportunities that have come in the way of conference sessions, blog articles or webinars. With mobile device usage continuing to grow this information is both timely and informative. Since various TAG members’ organizations are pursuing different approaches, we are in a unique position to provide information to the community at large and make the decision process easier.
