I’d like to take a moment and personally invite you to Alliance 2016, March 6-9, 2016 in Seattle, WA. If you have attended Alliance in the past, you know this is a great opportunity to network with other eBusiness Suite schools, as well as learn valuable new information to bring back to your institution. If you haven’t yet attended an Alliance, we would LOVE to invite you to experience this year’s Alliance as your first one ever!

The EBS PAG (Product Advisory Group) has been diligently working with both Oracle and our member institutions to ensure this year’s conference is filled with some of the best content yet! Currently, we have 26 sessions over the 3 day conference including topics such as iExpenses, 12.2 Upgrade, APEX for Reporting, iProcurement, EBS application security and OBIEE Reporting to name a few.

Including the primary EBS Roadmap that is presented by Cliff Godwin each year, we are excited that Cliff will also be delivering a secondary EBS and Oracle Cloud roadmap for those institutions that are looking to the cloud for what the future holds. Additionally, from Oracle, we have a few new names that will be presenting at Alliance 2016. A preview of the Oracle presented sessions are listed below…

  • Upgrading to 12.2 by Anne Carlson
  • EBS Mobile Update and Strategy by Jeanne Lowell
  • EBS Technology session(s) by Steven Chan
  • Procurement session(s) by Bill Tokheim
  • Using OATS Flowbuilder by Mazen Arar

As you can see, it’s going to be an exciting Alliance for EBS. Between networking with other institutions, the 26+ sessions related to Oracle eBusiness Suite, Stop & Share, Birds of a Feather and Meet the Experts… this will be a content packed 3 days that is sure to benefit any institution!

Be sure to come early on Sunday and stay through Wednesday afternoon! Community Mingle starts on Sunday 4:00pm and is a great session to come meet PAG and institution members as well as get oriented on the conference and sessions. Stay through Wednesday afternoon to ensure that you don’t miss any key sessions Wednesday morning!

We hope to see YOU in the Emerald City in March!
