The Financial Aid group has consistently put forth excellent presentations each HEUGUM/WHEPSUG. I know this year won’t be any different!
We’ve had many changes since we last met. Some of us are currently going through SAP with the new terminology and rules for the first time. Many of us needed to rethink the way we programmed our ISIR checks or did verification this year. The changes occurring next year may bring additional challenges to these processes. Along with the challenges we’ve faced, we were also delivered the ability to process exit counseling within PeopleSoft and additional population selection/update fields. These are just some of the items we’ve gotten to learn the past year and there are plenty more. Have you learned something that you want to share?
