The intent of this article is to showcase Campus Community features and functionality released on November 12, 2020 in the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM image 19.
Article:
The nineteenth PUM image of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2 is currently available for download and contains some new features/functionality for Campus Community including general enhancements across Applications.
In PUM image 19, Oracle has delivered the following functionality for the Campus Community Module:
- Activity Guide Composer Updates
- Common Attribute Framework (CAF) Update
- Licenses/Certificates Data Model Changes
Activity Guide Composer Updates
- Delivered a system Registration category to replicate the technical setup that’s in the example Fluid Registration activity guide template. This category also includes the Campus Community Fluid pages that have been delivered since the Fluid Registration template.
- Updated the task management framework to enable the new Registration category.
- Updated the Assign Tasks process to set action start and due dates.
- Minor page updates to the Task Management WorkCenter.

Common Attribute Framework (CAF) Update
CAF record contexts were created for CITIZENSHPI and VISA_PMT_DATA.
Licenses/Certificates Data Model Changes
To resolve issues with the data entry page and remove the reliance on HCM Job Profile records, a new record SCC_LICCERT_TBL is added, and an Application Engine process is provided to migrate existing data from the Job Profile records. The back office and self-service components are updated to reference the new record. In the Entity Registry, the Licenses and Certificates entity is updated to use the new record. The Constituent Transaction Management processing that posts constituent records is updated to post from staging to the new SCC_LICCERT_TBL record.
