1. Ensure That Your Material Fits the Session Length.
We have a variety of session lengths to choose from when you submit your presentation idea. Mini sessions can be a wonderful way to highlight a piece of functionality – delivered or customized. A regular session is great for giving an in-depth look into a topic. Very complex features and processes may be best suited to a 2 hour deep dive session.
2. Personalize Your Presentation
HEUG members are looking for presentations that will provide them with insight into the challenges of the software as it relates to their business processes. Don't be scared to talk about the failures of a project, your audience can use them and learn from them.
3. Presentations are best with stories or demos
Explaining your points through short stories or demos will help the audience relate and hold their attention longer.
