As of this writing, it is only 35 days until HEUG members and vendor partners gather in Salt Lake City for the 21st Alliance conference. Things have changed a lot since the first conference back in 2006.
As you know in an effort to be “green” and save money, we no longer print the conference schedule and instead use a mobile app by Eventsential. In the past, you have been able to go to the conference website and build your schedule and then the conference team would upload it to the app. This created a lot of “version” issues and confusion. This year all schedule planning and development will be done directly in the app. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, go to the link below to find out how to download it.
Mobile App Instructions
The staff has done a great job on the link above providing information on how to download the app as well as creating some short “how to” videos. You will find videos on Getting Started, Building your Schedule, and Additional features – be sure to check them out!

In addition to building your schedule directly in the mobile app on your mobile device, you have the option to sit at your desktop computer and build your schedule. There is even a PDF available with step by step instructions on how to use this feature. Follow the link below to use this feature:
Desktop Version
No matter which way you choose to build your schedule, you will need to create a login to the Eventsential app. To do this, use the same login that you use for HEUG online.
We encourage you to do this as early as possible as the Alliance conference team uses the schedule information when assigning room sizes to sessions. Having this information in advance allows them to move more popular sessions to a larger space.
Build your agenda by March 2nd for your chance to win extra drink tickets!
See you in 35 days . . . and counting!
