Uploading Files to My Oracle Support
If you are on IE8 and are getting errors when trying to upload, please follow these steps:
1. In your Internet Explorer browser, select Tools > Internet Options > Security tab
2. Select Zone = Internet
3. Under Custom, click on “Custom level…”
4. Scroll about half way down and set “Include local directory path when uploading files to the server” to Enable
5. If this does not resolve your issue, please log a Non-Technical Service Request.
