Useful links from Alliance

I had another amazing HEUG Alliance this year in Nashville. Every year the eBS track just seems to get better and better. We’re a small community but are growing every year and I am pretty sure everyone knows who we are now thanks to those beads! One advantage to our small size is that it helps create a real sense of community with loads of collaboration and support. The eBS guys love to share their experiences! The amount of information to take in during Alliance is incredible and I am still working through my list of “things to check out” months after the conference. As I was working through all my notes it struck me that lots of you would be looking for the same sorts of information. So I’ve compiled a greatest hits of links. I hope you find them useful.

ATG Webcasts

Did you know that the Oracle E-Business Suite Technology group have a series of ATG webcasts on their blog? They’re a great way to learn more about what’s coming for R12. Check them out here:

Mobile approvals for the iPhone.

I didn’t know this existed. It might be a great quick win for those getting pressure to go mobile.

Fusion Blog and You Tube Channel

There is a Fusion Applications You Tube Channel and blog, they’re both great ways of meeting the Fusion team and getting an insight to where the product is heading.

Lifetime support documents

One of the questions I heard asked most at Alliance was, when does x go out of premier support, or when does y go into extended support, etc, etc. So here is a link to the lifetime support document:

Alliance presentations

Don’t forget you can go back and download the Alliance presentations and audio from the HEUG website.

I can’t wait for Indianapolis!
